Structure characteristics:

3.Hositing guide-way is high-strength rolling guide pair(linear guide pair)

4.Take-up gearbox adopts hard tooth face  gearbox with large transmission torque and low noise.

5.Take-up primary motor

A.It adopts DC governor motor,cotroller is Euro product.

B.It adotps frequency control motor , controller is Siemens or Danfoss product

6.Winding motor adopts frequency control motor,controller is Siemens or Danfoss product.winding traces takeup speed automaticly.Winding pitch and takeup tension can be set on contact screen(Siemens).can be set on contact screen(Siemens).PLC can be connected with various hosts.

Take up speed:                    max 80mm/min
